$3000/week
$300 cleaning fee
$1000 security deposit
$300 per person above the 6 person limit

Policy

If you are interested in booking the seaside zen cottage, please provide the following information

  1. Names, address, phone, fax, email.
  2. The exact travel dates (check-in 3pm and check-out is 11am)
  3. Number of people in your party with names and ages.
  4. Any special needs?

To secure your booking

  1. Sign the contract. Keep a copy for your records and send one back.
  2. Write a check made payable to:

  3. Send final payment 60 days before arrival.

After all payments have been received, you will receive a welcome letter with directions to the house.

Security Deposits

Security deposits tell us that you are serious and interested in renting the property and they allow us to deduct for possible damages that might occur during your stay. Deposits are fully refundable within 14 days of your departure.

Refunds

Deposits will be refunded in full if cancelled up to 60 days of scheduled arrival. Deposits will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival. A $300.00 fee is charged for processing cancellations and changes prior to your scheduled arrival date. Payments will not be refunded for No-Shows.
