Policy

Each year, we allow a select handful of weddings to take place. Due to the wear on the grounds, we book no more than we feel the site can handle.

There is a minimum site fee of $2,000 (per 50 persons), a cleaning fee of $500, and the weekly rental of both of the Historic Plantation Manager's Beach House as well as the Seaside Zen Cottage.
